具匯票的法律依據(jù))
(1)all darfts drawn under this credit must contain the clause Drafts drawn Under Bank ofcredit No.dated 本證項(xiàng)下開具的匯票須注明本匯票系憑銀行年月日第號(hào)信用證下開具的條款
(2)drafts are to be drawn in duplicate to our order bearing the clause Drawn under United Malayan Banking Corp.Bhd.Irrevocable Letter of Credit No.dated July 12, 1978 匯票一式兩份，以我行為抬頭，并注明根據(jù)馬來(lái)西亞聯(lián)合銀行1978年7月12日第號(hào)不可撤銷信用證項(xiàng)下開立
(3)draft(s)drawn under this credit to
