結(jié)構(gòu)與原理：該機(jī)由電機(jī)、液壓系統(tǒng)、工作油缸、一對(duì)刀片、機(jī)架及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。其基本原理為由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)和油缸，將輪胎置于兩刀片之間，先由鎖緊油缸工作使鎖緊臂轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)鎖緊兩刀片之間的輪胎，然后剪切油缸工作使動(dòng)刀片旋轉(zhuǎn)，促使兩刀片形成剪切之勢(shì)，達(dá)到剪切之效果。

[結(jié)構(gòu)與原理]
該機(jī)由叁臺(tái)粉碎主機(jī)，旋風(fēng)收集機(jī)構(gòu)、整套電器設(shè)備等組成。主機(jī)由機(jī)架、主電機(jī)、無(wú)級(jí)變速電機(jī)、送料機(jī)構(gòu)、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)及一對(duì)動(dòng)磨盤和定磨盤等組成。其基本原理為通過(guò)兩磨盤的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將物料剪切、碾磨而達(dá)到粉碎之目的。采用風(fēng)、水冷卻有效地控制粉碎溫度，確保被粉物料之質(zhì)量。送料機(jī)構(gòu)選用無(wú)級(jí)變速，可根據(jù)不同物料，調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的進(jìn)料速度，從而得到最理想的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。通過(guò)旋風(fēng)收集機(jī)構(gòu)，取走成品粉，全過(guò)程無(wú)任何粉塵飛揚(yáng)。

Construction and Principle：The unit consist of three main grinder，whirlwind collecting mechanism，water cooling mechanism and a complete set of electric equipment。The main grinder consists of the frame，main motor，stepless variable speed motor，feeding mechanism，regulation mechanism and a pair of grinding dicss(a moving grinding disc and a static grinding disc)。
The basic principle is as follows：The material is ground under the function of the shearing and grinding activated by the rotation of the moving grinding disc。The water and the air effectively control the temperature during the grind process,thus ensuring the quality of the ground material。The stepless variable speed motor is used for the feeding mechanism。The feeding speed can be adjusted for the different material,thus achieving the most ideal capacity and quality。The end powder is sucked out under the whirlwind collecting mechanism.During the whole process，there is no powder flying。
